Starting tomorrow, 12 November, resident's associations can request economic aid from the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism to adapt their DTT antenna. The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism has opened the application period to resident’s association requests for economic aid to adapt their TV antennas. According to this department, the goal of this subsidy program, which has a budget of 280 million euros, is to facilitate the adaptation of citizen equipment to the Digital Dividend liberation process.
The subsidies, whose funds come from the Ministry's 2015 budgets, can be requested online (at the webpage https://ayudas.televisiondigital.gob.es) and have a maximum amount according to the types of acts needed to carry out the adaptation.
Therefore, resident's associations from medium-sized flat buildings with programmable switchboards could get a subsidy for up to 100 euros since additional equipment does not need to be installed.
