Interior carpentry: Reinforced security door for access to the apartments, grade 3 anti-breakage following the new technical building code. Semi-solid internal doors in sapele wood with high-density fiberboard trim finished in sapele. Doors finished with glass panes in the living room and kitchen. Baseboard to match the wood parquet floors in high-density fiberboard with veneer. Doors for foyer, garage access, utility rooms and storage rooms will be metal fire doors according to the zoning regulations.

Flooring: Parquet laminate with AC3 hardness in 3-slat oak design in front hall, living-dining room, foyers, hallways, and bedrooms. Stoneware ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathrooms. Rustic-type exterior stoneware ceramic tiles with joining and baseboard of the same material on the balconies. Terrazzo composite stone or natural stone for stairways, garage access area, and utilities room.

Bathroom fittings: Single-handle, top-quality tap hardware, TRES brand or similar. Shut-off valves for each element. ROCA brand or similar fittings in bathrooms and half-baths. Bathtub or shower enclosure according to the apartment's layout plan.

Heating and hot water: Individual heating and hot water system with mixed wall-mounted natural gas water heater, ROCA brand or similar. Metal radiation elements.

Kitchen furnishings: High-capacity, top-brand upper and lower cabinets (MONZA type from XEY or similar). Appliances including vitroceramic stovetop, oven, sink, and smoke extraction hood.

Paint: Smooth and matte acrylic paint on vertical walls. Light tones in all rooms (selection of one color for the entire home). Smooth white acrylic paint on horizontal surfaces. Light-colored acrylic paint on common stairway. Tempera acrylic paint in utilities, storage rooms, and other service areas.

False ceilings: False ceilings in hallways, bathrooms, and front hall.

TV and Telephone: Shared antenna system for TV, UHF, and FM for regional broadcast networks. Telephone and telecommunications conduits throughout the home and telephone jacks in living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Garage: Fully equipped with safety equipment following the regulations in effect, fire extinguishers, and fire hose cabinets. Automatic access gate with remote control opening as well as a manual unlocking system.

Storage room: In covered area and basement level.
